This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Cloud Power Miner (the "App", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely on Apple devices that you own or control, and solely for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise authorized in writing).
This Agreement does not constitute a sale of the App or any part thereof.
Cloud Power Miner is a simulated cloud mining display and management tool designed to provide virtual cloud computing demonstrations, simulated mining process visualization, and basic cloud resource management features, intended solely for learning and experience purposes.
The App does not provide real digital asset mining services and does not involve any blockchain asset generation or transfer.
The App does not provide financial services and does not constitute investment advice, financial management services, or profit guarantees, nor should it be considered a trading platform.
All displayed data is generated through system simulation or demonstration and does not represent real computing power or actual economic returns.
Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not:
- Copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App
- Attempt to access source code or bypass any technical protection measures
- Interfere with or disrupt service operations in any manner
- Access systems or data without authorization
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
If the App includes account functionality:
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
- If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us promptly
Certain simulated features or enhanced experience content may require payment. All prices will be clearly displayed prior to user confirmation.
Fees may include operational costs such as server infrastructure, maintenance, bandwidth, and energy consumption. Unless otherwise required by law, paid fees are generally non-refundable.
We reserve the right to adjust service content or pricing at any time.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may be affected by maintenance, network changes, force majeure events, or third-party factors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services without prior notice.
The App and all related content (including but not limited to interface design, icons, text, trademarks, and source code) are owned by us or relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use such content in any form without authorization.
- The App does not guarantee any specific performance results or user outcomes.
- All mining-related content is provided solely for simulation or demonstration purposes and does not constitute real computing power or actual earnings.
- Actual performance may vary depending on server load, network conditions, and operational factors.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The App is not a financial product, investment platform, or trading service, and users should not make any investment decisions based on the App.
If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App.
You may discontinue use of the App at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
This Agreement is concluded solely between you and us. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App.
Apple shall have no responsibility for any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be published within the App or on related pages and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and relevant international commercial practices.
