Before using this App, please carefully read this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
Cloud Power Miner is a simulated cloud mining tool designed to provide users with virtual cloud computing power leasing, simulated mining process displays, and basic management features, intended solely for learning and experience purposes.
The App does not provide financial services and does not constitute any form of investment advice, financial management services, or profit guarantees.
All displayed data is generated through system simulation or demonstration and does not represent real mining output or actual economic returns.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- If you discover any unauthorized use, please contact us promptly.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service availability may be affected by:
- Server maintenance or upgrades
- Network condition changes
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice.
Certain simulated features or enhanced experience content may require payment.
All prices will be clearly displayed before user confirmation. Fees may include operational costs such as server infrastructure, maintenance, bandwidth, and energy consumption.
Unless otherwise required by law, paid fees are generally non-refundable.
- Cloud Power Miner does not guarantee any specific performance results or user outcomes.
- All mining-related content is provided solely for simulation or demonstration purposes and does not constitute real computing power or actual earnings.
- Actual service performance may vary depending on server load, network conditions, and operational factors.
- The App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
- The App is not a financial product, investment platform, or trading service, and users should not make any investment decisions based on the App.
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt service operations in any manner
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
- Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The App and all related content (including but not limited to interface design, icons, text, and source code) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content without authorization.
The App may include third-party services or links. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and any related use is at your own risk.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement will be published within the App or on related pages and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations.
You may also discontinue use of the App at any time.
The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and relevant international commercial practices.
